• American Public Power Association- The service organization for the nation’s more than 2,000 community-owned, locally controlled, not-for-profit utilities.
• ARI - The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) is a voluntary, nonprofit organization comprised of the manufacturers of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating products. More than 90 percent of the air conditioning and refrigeration machinery and components manufactured in the United States is produced by members of ARI.
• ASHRAE - American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers. An international organization of 50,000 persons throughout the world. The Society is organized for the sole purpose of advancing the arts and sciences of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration for the public's benefit through research, standards writing, continuing education, and publications.
• ASME - The premier organization for promoting the art, science, and practice of mechanical engineering throughout the world.
• ASPE - The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) is the international organization for professionals skilled in the design, specification and inspection of plumbing systems. ASPE is dedicated to the advancement of the science of plumbing engineering, to the professional growth and advancement of its members and the health, welfare and safety of the public.
• American Water Works Association - International nonprofit scientific and educational society dedicated to the improvement of drinking water quality and supply.
