Engineering
PACO Engineering is the cornerstone of PACOs
remarkable success story. Pump Engineering enjoys the envious yet
challenging responsibility of creating successful designs and following
them through all stages of production and operation. This accomplishment
is realized through the tireless efforts of a group of professionals,
their expertise ranging from Hydraulic Design, Fluid Dynamics, Stress
Analysis, Vibration Analysis, Pressure Vessel Design, Systems and
Control Design, Metallurgy, Design for Manufacturability, Process
and Design Improvement, to name just a few.
To better serve the engineering professions and to remain on the
leading edge of todays fast changing industry, these engineers
have affiliations with prestigious societies and institutions like
Hydraulic Institute(HI), American Society of Mechanical Engineers
(ASME), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) American
Foundry Society (AFS) and American Society of Metals (ASM).
Services provided by this core group include:
- Live Web Witnessing of pump performance testing
- Finite Element Analysis for structural, frequency and thermal
design issues
- Computational Fluid Dynamics for enhancing hydraulic performance
- Seismic Analysis of complete pump trains
- Rotor Dynamic Analysis of pump systems
- Failure Analysis
With its uncompromising attitude toward success, performance and
perfection, the Engineering department is ready to tackle any and
all issues presented to it today and is propelling PACO
towards a brighter tomorrow.
